Free Delivery on orders over £40

Our free UK delivery on orders over £40 is applicable on the cart contents value. This means the value of your order excluding VAT and Delivery must be over £40 to be eligable for this offer.

Free UK delivery is only applicable to the UK Mainland which includes England, Wales and Scotland. To take up this offer you must select the Free Delivery option from the delivery drop down list on the checkout page. In most cases, free delivery will involve your order being sent by courier to arrive within 4-5 working days.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

We are happy to despatch goods to alternative shipping addreses. However, in order to protect ourselves and all card holders from credit card fraud, we reserve the right to insist that new customers paying by credit/debit card receive their first order at the address at which their credit/debit card is registered.

Any request for goods to be left without a signature will be agreed to only at the Company's discretion and at the risk of the Customer. No claim for missing deliveries will be accepted by the Company if we have given such an instruction to the carrier on the Customer's request.

Scottish Highlands and Islands

Most courier companies, including Interlink class the following postcodes as Scottish Highlands.
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH15-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.
Therefore, if you require delivery to these locations please select your 'Country' as Scotland (Highlands).

Interlink also classes the following postcodes as Scottish Islands.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
Therefore, if you require delivery to these locations please select your 'Country' as Scotland (Islands).

We do try our best to subsidise this cost but as they charge an increased fee to deliver to these locations, a little does have to be passed on.

Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is the greater) of the order and charged at cost to us. A signature will be required upon delivery. This signature will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, have received the delivery.

Where VAT on ordered goods is applicable, it shall also be charged at the prevailing rate to the delivery and packaging costs of those goods.

The carriage options for all destinations are displayed on the shopping cart page prior to payment and without the need to register your details on the site first. All orders to mainland UK with a value of £40 or more will be delivered free of charge using a courier service (excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland as there is a surcharge payable, please contact us for details).

International shipping costs for our car care products will be displayed on the shopping cart page prior to payment and without the need to register your details on the site first. Airmail post is used for small items and this is a non-trackable budget service which takes 1-2 weeks to Western Europe and 2-3 weeks to Eastern Europe and Worldwide. Customers also have the option to upgrade to a Royal Mail Airmail Signed option which has limited tracking to your destination and is insured to a higher value. We recommend always choosing Royal Mail Airmail Signed due to the higher insurance value given, we cannot be held responsible if an item is lost or damaged during transit and can only return the insured value of the goods. A proof of postage is always retained by us. Larger/high value items generally go by DPD's, FedEx's or DHL's fully trackable road services and generally take over 3 days to arrive.

Some delivery methods, such as Standard International, First Class, Second Class and Super Saver Delivery are not always trackable.

Shipping charges do not include any applicable customs charges, duties, taxes which might be applicable. Any such additional costs are the recipient's responsibility.

Our Aims and Lead times

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 (business/working) hours (generally earlier) of the order being placed, subject to stock. However, this may take slightly longer during exceptionally busy periods - if you need your goods by a certain date please notify us and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

When stock shows as 'Limited Stock'; this means that this product is especially low in stock at the moment. If we run out of stock before your order is packed we will notify you within two working days and hold your entire order in our warehouse until fresh stock arrives and your order can be shipped in full.

Royal Mail quote 1-2 days for delivery of 1st Class Signed For and guarantee next day by 1pm for Special Delivery (please contact us if you wish to use this guaranteed service). If there is nobody at the address to receive the delivery a card will be left instructing you to a) collect the consignment from your local Royal Mail sorting office or b) arrange for redelivery or c) arrange to collect from a local Post Office (Royal Mail charge a small fee for this service). Royal Mail will hold the consignment for one week, after which they will return it to us. Before the goods can be resent a charge will be made to cover the re-despatch. A request for payment will be sent via email and once this payment has been received the goods will be re-despatched to you at the Seller's earliest convenience.

Delivery leadtimes are estimates and given in good faith by the Seller, but shall not amount to any contractual obligation. Whilst the Seller will do everything possible to ensure the Customer receives their goods within the leadtimes given, the Seller accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. Goods are despatched via various recognised carriers.

There is no weekend service for our courier delivery methods. This means, if a Next Day delivery option is chosen, a package that leaves our warehouse on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the carrier until Monday morning for delivery after that as this is the earliest they would pick it up.

Receiving Goods

It is the Customer's responsibility to check all goods for damage and to make a written note of any outer damage on the carrier's paperwork before signing for acceptance of said goods. Once goods have been signed for the Seller cannot accept any liability for damage (except that which is not obvious from the outside) since a clean signature invalidates any claim against the carrier. We will replace free of charge or refund any goods lost in transit once we have received confirmation from the carrier that the goods are indeed lost (this might take upto 4 weeks to receieve). We will repair, replace or refund (as appropriate) goods damaged in transit provided that we receive written notification and photographic evidence of such damage within two days of delivery and goods received in an obviously damaged or unsatisfactory condition have been signed for as such. Upon receipt, goods should be checked against the enclosed invoice. Any shortages must be notified to us in writing (email is acceptable) within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise no liability can be accepted. The packing and contents should be retained for inspection.
