Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us please send an e-mail to Info AT DetailedClean.co.uk. We can cancel the order at any time so long as the Goods haven't been despatched.

In the event that your order has been despatched, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. The goods must be returned in their perfect, un-opened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. When we receive the goods we will authorise a refund. We will refund for the cost of the goods only (and remove any awarded loyalty points). Any postage/packaging costs paid by the Customer are non-refundable, unless the goods supplied by the Seller are faulty. Any discount or offers (such as free delivery) will be reevaluated taking into account the amended order. All refunds are made to the original payment method; this includes crypto payments.

The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the goods and get proof of postage in case of loss or damage from which you can claim from.
