I've used Tar X, and in my opinion, it's a highly powerful bug and tar remover that's also simple to use and eliminates bugs and tar effortlessly. Strongly recommended!
Probably the quickest tar remover I. Have used. IMO it works better than tardis and tar remover from turtle wax and Autoglym. Al little went a long way and it smells great.
Great stuff as is the Iron X. With this one, work quicker to remove as i found it a bit stubborn to get off, does the job though, great product.
I bought the sample pot for my partners white Focus, and would purchase the full size one in a future order
its a toss up between this and autofinesse obliterate, works well just spray on, leave to dwell and jet wash off, did find on heavy tar marks a few applications were required
decent product smells good but not as good at dissolving tar as my other removers
Easily removed tar spots I found. Comes with an adjustable spray head so even the most inaccessible spots can be reached. Smells quite nice too.
For me Tar X is the best 'safe' tar remover out there however there is one better - Autosmart Tardis which is as good but cheaper. Although Tardis is extremely potent stuff and softens paint which isn't a very good thing.
The only downside to Tar x is it's price but if used correctly you need very little.

Tar X is recommended to be used for all purpose degreasing, tar and asphalt removal, insect removal, tire marks, adhesives spot removal, traffic film and many other tough cleaning jobs. Tar X will quickly penetrate and loosens tar, so it may be flushed off with a pressure washer. Tar X has a unique Glow Colour Tracer that will trace the area that has been sprayed on dark or black colour cars making it very easy to use.
You will roughly consume on average 100ml to 150ml for a full car when cleaning. TarX can be used on any surface, just be sure not to let it sit for more than 5 mins or to dry out. Tar X contains no chlorinated solvents or harsh chemicals and is not corrosive.
