This is a great product for dusty wheels, although I would say it does need a brush over. I tend to use it as a first pass on heavily soiled wheels then Iron X to get the remains off.
After a short while the sprayer stopped spraying so I had to change the head.
But, it is a good product for the price.

Just spray it on a cool, wet wheel, let it set for a few minutes and then use a steady hard steam of water to remove.
Spray and Rinse may be diluted to suit, use with a chemical resistant sprayer head.
